works perfectly, this should be built into the browser itself, the user should have the option to choose if they want to allow or deny access to the Visibility API.

Works as advertised!! FFS, this was incredibly frustrating issue to have, but this fixes it.

Great at bypassing that annoying "feature" on some sites that pauses a video if you tab away (for example during a commercial). The only thing that could make it better would be if it offered a toggle button that you could put in the toolbar to switch it on and off.

(so this is a good app if you get annoyed by stupid instagram deciding for me to automatically pause playing videos whenever I click another tab)
