I'm not a web teccy but this was super easy to use. Unlike several others I tried the free version just worked with no cloud-dependent sign up issues. You can go down to as little as a 5-second interval running monitors on local device. Setup is easy point and click. Lots of ways to get notified - , popup, sound, email, SMS, push (last 2 require subscription but not expensive)

Completely efficient, not cpu/ram eating, super quick and allows to be notified in many different ways!
