We spend countless hours testing compatibility with commissioning services, but we always recommend reviewing the scoring after your initial sync to make sure it looks correct.

Is this for the initial league sync? Firefox requires granting the addon permissions. If you click the icon under the puzzle icon in the top right, you should be able to grant all at once. If that doesn't help please contact info@draftsharks.com and i can help you out. Sorry!
