Switched to this one and made a one-time small donation to get the "Pro" version and now works perfectly and easy.

I contacted support and they got back to me quickly. Explained how it's set up to expire every year now and why. They sent a link to get the up dated version. Everything went flawless after that and back to downloading when I want to. Very good customer support!
