Every time I wanted to download on YouTube, your ad telling me only PRO users and 1080p and......... I am a PRO USER I PAID more than $35.00 and left dozens of E-MAILS, and trying every thing possible, not one response from you. Your suggestions your program on blogs don't work and your service or technical dept. if you even have one, doesn't answer. As far as I see it, this text won't be read or will be ignored. If by a miracle, you respond and fix my problem, I will delete this complaint, and return with a 5 star rating.

It is donationware for the server transcoding services which I needed to be able to save an MP3 from a video which seemed risky because so many other downloaders had been useless, and this was a rare requirement for me. But well worth it because it did work perfectly. Seriously pleased and impressed. Thankyou Dishita.

Better than all the others I have tried: I tried them and they tried my patience. This Pro version is fast and clean. I can't download one particular piece as I think my browser is obsessed with Chopin's music but otherwise this just made my life easier and at a good price (not working at the moment so price is important) I could actually afford.
