Earlier: The add-on does everything it claims to do. It's simple to use and works flawlessly - I heartily recommend it and I too have donated more than once to support the developer.

A great add on. It works well, and is constantly updated to keep up with the changes to YouTube. I have donated more than once to support the developer, and the program has more than paid for that several times over. Try it. You won't be disappointed!

Downloading HD and MP3 works really well with the "pro" version! Also the support helped me very quick to sort out the activation problems I had in the beginning after my donation.

So far the best YouTube downloader I know and worth the donation.

A fantastic Firefox add-on that works flawlessly. Every time YouTube change their layout, this add-in stops working temporarily but Dishita is on the case instantly and within a few days, has released a new version that updates automatically and works great again.
I don't have enough words to thank Dishita for this magnificent add-in and for the hard work that the author puts in to keep it up to date. Full credit to a very hard working coder for this fantastic software. Thank you very much.

Another update to this 5+ review.... I sent a help ticket late last night and received a real person, friendly, and professional reply by this morning, including a link to helpful and relevant information. And the problem wasn't even with the add-on. My donations with every update will most certainly continue - this is the best software value on my computer.

This has been a very good Firefox extension for me. It's very easy to use. I have been using this for some time to learn songs. I recommend it!

The Youtube Downloader integrates seamlessly into the YT UI, works excellently, and appears to be regularly and well maintained, always adapting very quickly to changes in the YT codebase. I’ve downloaded many gigabytes of videos using it, which is especially useful when living with slow, limited capacity internet connections.

The one gripe I have with this, as well as many other addons, is the intrusive, annoying way it announces automatic updates by randomly opening a new tab, but in lieu of a better UI for this, it’s not a terrible solution.

This is a great little app that will help you make archival backups of videos! Well worth a donation!

so far EZ YouTube Video Downloader is great. Its clear as can be. Let me back up. At first it was a horrible experience. I sent a donation, less than suggested, and it didnt work. I wondered if it was because i sent the lesser amount. In any event I was wrong, they didnt hold me up because of that- Dishita responded and i followed his troublshooting and then it still didnt work and he sent another, and after 3 back and forths it really worked perfectly seemlessly and flawlessly. Finally i have an app wit this addon that does what i always wanted it to- get the best quality sound ( it does video just as perfectly). The only question i am wonderign about and will have to look into is whether all i need to do now is adjust my equalizer the way i want so that the download sounds like i want it to sound. Then i sent him another donation because its really worth it and he must have put in a massive amount of time. PS. if anything, it was my not understandign how to use all the settings to be sure that the stuff i needed to do was done.

I have no claim to the free version. I have a claim only to the video that is converted to Full HD. This video does not go smoothly, but it freezes periodically for a fraction of seconds. Probably on the server is not a quality converter that cuts frames. The video is far from good and impossible to watch calmly. My computer is an Intel Core i5. The problem is not with me, but on the server in video converter. I downloaded about 20 videos in full HD format and spat on quality. I no longer use paid version of the program. This is absolutely not a quality thing that should not be sold for money.

I am not satisfied with the quality and I asked to refund my money, but the creator of the program said that the reviews on the program have 100% satisfaction rate and that he will not refund me the money.
