    С сегодняшнего дня, дополнение (Emsisoft Browser Protection) стало замедлять открытие сайтов. Долго не мог понять в чем причина, даже провайдерам звонил. А оказалось что проблема с дополнением Emsisoft.
    Отключил и все стало нормально открывать.
