EnConvert — Full-Page Screenshot & PDF Capture

Capture entire web pages in one click. No cropping. No limits. No hassle.

Ever tried to screenshot a long web page, only to end up with a tiny viewport-sized image? EnConvert solves that. It captures the full scrollable length of any web page — top to bottom — and saves it as a high-resolution PNG or a neatly formatted PDF. All in a single click.

What does EnConvert do?

EnConvert is a browser extension that lets you capture complete web pages — not just what's visible on your screen, but the entire page, including everything you'd need to scroll to see. It then gives you two output options:

PNG Screenshot — A single, full-length image of the entire page at your screen's native resolution (Retina/HiDPI supported).

PDF Document — A clean, single-page PDF scaled to A4 width, ready to share, print, or archive.

That's it. Simple, fast, and reliable.

Why should you install EnConvert?

Because built-in screenshots aren't enough. Your browser's screenshot tool captures what you can see. EnConvert captures what you can't — the full page, stitched together seamlessly. Long articles, dashboards, reports, landing pages — captured in full, every time.

Because it handles the hard parts for you. Web pages are messy. Sticky headers, fixed navigation bars, floating elements — these cause ugly duplicates in most screenshot tools. EnConvert intelligently detects fixed and sticky elements and ensures they appear only once, giving you a clean, accurate capture.

Because one click is all it takes. Open the extension. Click "Screenshot" or "PDF." Done. Your file downloads automatically with a clean filename based on the page title and timestamp. No cropping, no editing, no extra steps.

Because lazy-loaded content is handled automatically. Modern websites load images and content as you scroll. EnConvert scrolls through the page methodically, giving each section time to fully render before capturing. What you see on the page is what you get in the file.

Because your page stays exactly as it was. After capture, EnConvert restores your page to its original state — scroll position, styles, element visibility. You won't even notice it happened.

How does it work?

When you hit capture, EnConvert measures the full dimensions of the page, prepares it by handling sticky elements and scrollbars, then scrolls through slice by slice, capturing each viewport. It stitches all slices into one seamless full-page image, converts to PDF if you selected that format, and downloads the file to your computer.

You'll see real-time progress in the popup — which slice is being captured, whether it's stitching or converting, and a progress bar so you always know where things stand.

Features at a glance

Full-page capture — Captures the entire scrollable page, not just the viewport.
PNG and PDF output — Choose your format with a single click.
Smart sticky element handling — Fixed headers and floating navbars appear only once.
HiDPI/Retina support — Captures at your device's native pixel ratio for crisp results.
Real-time progress tracking — See exactly what's happening during capture.
Automatic file naming — Files are named using the page title and timestamp.
Page state restoration — Your page returns to exactly where you left it.
Cloud backup (optional) — Save captures to your EnConvert dashboard for access anywhere.
Settings you control — Set your default format and cloud preference.

Who is EnConvert for?

Designers and developers who need full-page references of live websites. QA testers who need to document page states and visual bugs. Researchers and students who want to archive web content as PDFs. Marketers who need to capture landing pages and competitor sites. Business professionals who want to save reports, dashboards, or invoices. Anyone who's ever been frustrated by incomplete screenshots.

Cloud backup (optional)

If you connect your EnConvert account, you can optionally save captures to the cloud. This gives you access to your captures from any device via the EnConvert dashboard, direct download links you can share with teammates, and a history of everything you've captured.

Cloud storage is entirely optional. You can use EnConvert purely as a local tool — every capture downloads to your computer regardless of your cloud setting.

Getting started

Install the extension. Click the EnConvert icon in your toolbar. Enter your API key from enconvert.com/dashboard/api-keys. Click "Screenshot" or "PDF" on any page. Your file downloads automatically.

Privacy and permissions

EnConvert requests only the permissions it needs. Active Tab to capture the page you're currently viewing. Storage to save your settings and API key locally. Scripting to measure page dimensions and handle sticky elements. Downloads to save captured files to your computer.

EnConvert does not run in the background. It only activates when you click the capture button. Your browsing data is never collected, tracked, or shared.

Stop cropping. Stop scrolling. Stop stitching screenshots together manually. Install EnConvert and capture any web page — fully — in one click.
