Useless support, unintuitive login. Don't trust your crypto with Metamask, you might never get it back. I'd give it 0/5 stars if I could. This addon and comapny is rubbish.

Mozilla firefox sends message that it does not monitor Metamask for security and to not extend unless I trust the site. I am new to the site and have no idea that it is trustworthy without monitoring.

I really wanted to use this application, but the support team, Sayed and Mahendra, were completely useless. They only gave me links to questionable examples and never spent more than a few seconds helping me resolve my problem. I have money to invest, but I can't get past the support team to get my account working. THIS IS TOO DIFFICULT! I'll move on to something else.

I'm a newby with little experience. The instructions from MetaMask are confusing and often lead to screens where there are no direct instructions on what to do next. MetaMask seems to lack personnel who can write instructions in a clear (without jargon) style.
