    The question mark appears even though I am connected to my Facebook. Installing and uninstalling can't help. At first the extension worked but now it no longer works.

    It doesn't work, it shows a gray question mark sign in the icon.
    Edit: Logging out of Facebook then logging back in doesn't seem to fix the issue.

    The question mark appear if your are not connected to your Facebook account (and few seconds after the connexion cause of the sync delay): could you confirm you are well connected to FB?
