sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 15230849, 3 ani în urmăMany thanks for such an amazing gem and work!
Some ideas to consider in future versions / updates:
1. In View Mode 5, make it either automatically expanding / reducing the number of columns based on available space or make configurable (like 3, 4, 5, 6 columns). This is very helpful with large 4k screens.
2. In all View Modes, when viewing a folder with multiple feeds, would you enable the sorting / categorizing per feed? So, when you are browsing a folder of 10 feeds for example, it would be great to see the articles in this folder categorized by feeds and each category is sorted by time or points. So, grouping option for articles in a folder by "None" "By Feed" or "By Date".
3. It would be great to have an option to make articles read when scrolling with mouse. Currently, the articles are not set as read except if you move several pages until I press space bar. I think this only works if you enable the show Unread only.
4. In View Modes 3 and 5, it would be great to show the article image in a box to the right/left of the article list instead of just the icon.
5. In View Mode 3, it would be great to have an option when scrolling with mouse to the end of the current article to move the next one.
6. I noticed that Telegram channels is supported but you need to preview the channel to be able to recognize it. Some other reader platforms automatically detect that and add it. I think there will be like '/s/' between the telegram domain and the channel name to be recognized correctly.
7. It would be great to have the settings saved either locally to a backup file or through Firefox cloud to be able to take it to another device easily. Currently you have to export the rules and feeds, but I am not sure if it's possible to backup the other ones like tags and Saved Items.
8. It would be so great when viewing an item to have button to load full content for that item without going to the website.
9. It would be great to use Esc key to close an item beside the "Enter" key.
10. When reaching the last item in a feed, it would be great to prompt you to move to next feed and if you reach (read) the last item in a last feed in a folder to enable you to move to next folder. Great for people using mouse more than keyboard.
11. It would be great to have an option to make items with Older than x days to be read.
12. In View Mode 5, it would be nice to have an option to show the images at the top of the texts while unifying the sizes of the images. That should make so easy on the eye when moving through articles.
Keep it up :)

- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur pnhan, 2 luni în urmăThere are few utilities as comprehensive as this one, supporting so many news feeds, so many viewing modes, but it's free!!
There have been some recent changes related to Youtube embedded links, and I wonder if it is possible to write plugins for this addon (if it supports API) to get better feeds from Facebook groups or personal pages (instead of "scraping" public data like currently, very limited in content and rate limited).
Looking forward to receiving updates and feedback from the developer soon!!
A great utility that I have already recommended to my friends! - Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5sɣur Celtice, 2 luni în urmăIt's a really great tool when set-up works out and the feeds continue to update. I've had problems though, like an error 398 with a couple feeds on the same website, and I can't figure out what it means---I have no clue if it's an issue with the website or the extension. Regardless, RSS feeds might be a "dying breed", but like the radio, it's an integral tool to preserve, and I enjoy being able to check the websites/blogs/social media pages that I care about, with fewer distractions and bouncing between sites.
- Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur fridakozari, 2 luni în urmăOn Firefox 146.0.1 for Ubuntu number of all and unread articles are not updated when new articles are fetched. It seems that data for earlier fetched articles is somehow overwritten, items are disappearing.
I've also tweaked the available settings - no help.
I'd join the earlier reviews that maintenance of this addon is lagging behind.
I like the idea to handle my RSS feeds in my web browser, I also like the looks and features of this addon, but now I am switching to another solution. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur BooBea, 2 luni în urmăit's peak, it works perfectly, absolutely faultless. 10/10
- Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5sɣur binomialtie7087, 3 luni în urmăGood simple rss/atom feed reader. it works as a browser extension so doesn't require logging in to some server hosted platform that trys to push you to pay for a better version of itself, whilst also not being a complex hard to understand self-hosted thingy. decent amount of customisability with 4 colour themes and several layouts. unfortunately it doesn't allow for subfolders, but ive managed around that. also recently embedded youtube videos no longer work which suucks, brings my review down from what probably wouldve been a four or five to three!

- Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur t'svai, 4 luni în urmăhave used this for years to follow a variety of types of feeds, and it worked great until now. i especially like that i can manually drag-and-drop sort my folders and feeds, (which most other readers i've tried don't allow). it was a very good extension-based rss reader *while it was still fully functional*.
however, within the last few weeks or so, embeds in youtube feeds have stopped functioning and all return error 153.
this extension and many of nodetics' other extensions haven't been updated in multiple years (which didn't bother me until things started breaking... and still no updates came), and some reviews for some of their extensions indicate that the developers are no longer responsive to support emails. it's hard to say for absolute certain, but it seems likely that feedbro's development has been abandoned, which means that even more things - eventually important things - may break as time goes on.
for this reason, i'm lowering my review score, but will raise it again if extension development shows any signs of life in the future. with things as they are now - stuff breaking with no sign of maintenance updates - i can't recommend this extension to anyone. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 19551841, 4 luni în urmăキーボードだけで操作できて、すごくよいです。できるだけ長くサポートしてほしいです。
- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 19532291, 4 luni în urmăWould STRONGLY benefit from automatic/scheduled/triggered exports of backups (OPML etc.) to user designated location(s).
It could then be set up to sync across devices and their various apps, guard against data loss, convenience.
It's baffling that this has not been implemented. - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Jonathan B. Horen, 5 luni în urmă
