Freshdesk Dark Mode sɣur Timbo

Applies a comfortable dark theme to Freshdesk helpdesk portals, reducing eye strain during long support sessions. Toggle dark mode on or off at any time using the toolbar button.

What's covered:

Ticket list and filter panels
Ticket detail view — conversation thread, reply and note editors, properties sidebar
Widget sidebar including Time Logs and To-Do panels
All navigation and page transitions
The dark theme uses a neutral zinc palette (near-black backgrounds, light gray text, blue accents) designed for readability without harsh contrast. Dark mode persists across page navigation and survives Freshdesk's single-page app route changes.

Note: This extension is intended for internal team use on Freshdesk instances. It applies styling only to freshdesk.com domains and stores a single on/off preference locally — no data is collected or transmitted.
