FurAffinity++ sɣur Retekt

Makes several sanity-saving changes and features to the FurAffinity website.

Features:
* Adds a "Hide posts from this user" button on the right click menu for a user, to add that user to your FA tag block list, and hide all of their posts in search results
* Removes blocked posts in search results, rather than them just being blurred
* Revamps the following and 'followed by' pages. Includes user profile pictures, and viewing their bio.
* Alters the categories on the FA home page to be collapsible, and makes then auto-collapsed by default (configurable)
* Hides search results when no search query is provided, to hide recent site-wide posts
* Makes links that would normally forcibly open a new tab open in the same tab. E.g., followers page.
* WIP extension configuration page
