Fixed a bug that wasn't showing all participants in large (50+) meetings.

This updates the extension to work with the recently changed google meet page structure and goes a new direction with it.
Rather than re-ordering elements on the page, this adds a floating popup that will display the current people in the room, auto-updating as people join or leave.
The popup can be moved anywhere on the page and is resizable by dragging from the bottom edge.
