ChatTrail adds a lightweight local navigation layer to ChatGPT conversations.

It helps you move through long chats using a right-side message trail, hover previews, and pinned message shortcuts. You can pin important messages, quickly find them later, and manage saved pins from the extension popup.

Privacy:

Limitations:
ChatGPT may virtualize very long conversations, so ChatTrail can only scroll to messages that are currently loaded on the page. Pinned messages remain visible in the pinned panel even when the original message is temporarily unloaded by ChatGPT.
