sɣur Travis Llado, pred 2 rokmiI've used this add-on for years, but eventually I realized that as of 2024 this is what's blocking Youtube from playing any videos above 1080p. I don't know why, but no video on Youtube will show the option of playing above 1080p when this extension is enabled and plenty of videos allow up to 2160p when this extension is disabled.

The downside is this also disables resolutions higher than 1080p. So we have to choose between uglier 140p - 1080p videos or no 1440p+. Ugh - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Belayet, pred 3 mesiacmiYouTube now defaults to AV1. The extension was last updated 6 years ago, so it still only blocks VP8/VP9.
