I tried changing the background of a blank page via about:support. I opened the Profile Folder and created a new chrome folder. Next, using the userContent.css file, a special script was written with which you can change the background color of an empty bookmark. This is all very tedious and very long. In this case, it may not work out right away; you have to constantly reboot, etc.
I spent two minutes downloading and installing this theme and got great results. I wish the author of the topic further success.

please could you make it so the context menu in proton is light instead of dark so it looks the same as the menu backgrounds?

This is a true classic Windows experience. No other “Windows Classic” theme lives up to this one.
