The new version 2.5.4 is worse than the previous one. Connection takes longer and often connects to a completely different location than the selected one. The previous version 2.0.11 is much better and more stable.
Well, update 2.6.1 was released instead of 2.5.4 and it seems to work more or less normally, because 2.5.4 was a terrible non-working version.

Works great and is easy to operate. The free version provides a couple of working IP's, but the paid version has many more and isn't expensive. I could even watch a geo-restricted video stream abroad, using the free version.

Shame. Used to be brilliant, but as with all these things, they got greedy. Overnight, none (of the ever decreasing list) of free proxies now work. Every time any proxy was selected, a box would open and require login details to access it. Tried removing the add-on and then reinstalling it - even worse. Now there isn't a single proxy to choose from - unless you pay, of course. If you're going to pay money, may as well use one of the legit VPN's. The beauty of this was that it was a simple add-on you could just click on when necessary. Until greed took over, unfortunately. RIP hidemyip "free", lol.

In Hide my IP network there's still free options. Neat!

Worked in Russia before, I was using it all the time, had decent speed. Now can't connect at all. If it does connect, hangs in there for 1 minute with terrible speed and then disconnects. Don't buy premium.

one day it got an update and stopped working, now it havent worked for months, no matter how much i asked the dev team to reverse it they refused.

In the past, it functioned very nice super wonderfully👍👍👍👍👍. But now, since the recent months' new updates, the new updates make it can not connect properly. Sometimes it has no connection and sometimes it only connects for a very short time and then disconnects automatically. The most annoying thing is that, it always has a pop up sign in menu appears every time when I click the icon which is very difficult to close. However, Hide My IP Free is still my recommended extension. Because comparing with other extensions, only Hide My IP Free has the most various number of regions for the users to choose.

Hem free yazıyor hemde ücretsiz olarak kullanılmıyor. Eskiden çok iyiydi artık bir işe yaramıyor. CyberGhost kullanıyorum daha güzel.
