This extension will check if it's a working day (excluding weekends) and if it is it will send a POST request in order to input your timetrack. From Monday to Thursday it will input 8.5h (from 9h to 18:30h, including a launch gap from 14h to 15h), and for Fridays it will input 6h (from 9h to 15h). All timetracks will start at 9h.
