This sets up a proxy across an entire browser profile which automatically configures it to use I2P for every connection, and automatically sets minimum privacy settings available to WebExtensions.

This version changes the base of the Firefox for Android extension from the code in an ancient version I2P in Private Browsing to the code in i2pchrome.js. It still requires an external I2P router, and it will route *all* traffic through the I2P network. It does not mix I2P and non-anonymous Internet browsing, but will use an outproxy if you have one configured.
