Kill-Sticky-Shortcut sγur Eemeli

Add a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Period on Windows & Linux, Cmd+Period on macOS) that removes all fixed or sticky elements from the current page.

To get the elements back, reload the page. To change the keyboard shortcut, select "Manage Extension Shortcuts" option on the about:addons page.
