FEATURES:
Floating and movable scroll buttons (vertical and horizontal as needed).

Top-mid button: Scroll 90% of viewport to page top.
Bottom-mid button: Scroll 90% of viewport to page bottom.
Bottom button: Scroll to page bottom/ending.

Left button: Scroll to page left (absolute).
Left-mid button: Scroll 90% of viewport to page left.
Right-mid button: Scroll 90% of viewport to page right.
Right button: Scroll to page right (absolute).
