    2.8.1 has no ability to let you write redirection rules. Redirector by Einar Egilsson does.

    LibRedirect is a user-friendly extension to redirect to frontends. It's not meant to replace the custom and more advanced extension "Redirector".

    A wonderful add-on. I wish we could get redirect options in context menu (right click on the page) for Redirect and Redirect To Original. I wish we could drag-and-drop favourite instances to rearrange/prioritize.

    You can Redirect & Redirect To Original by right clicking the LibRedirect icon to redirect the current page, or you can find those options in the popup menu.

    That's for the search redirection. It can't be done dynamically in the code (by so being optional). It should be written in the manifest file (by so it will be there on all installations).

    First thing I notice - a medium article opened correctly in scribe, but was cut off (probably medium forcing you to subscribe). And there is no browser history so I can go to the original link.

    You must press the "+" button to add the instance to your custom list. The ping operation is just for testing, and it doesn't add or remove instances. Press the "+" button or type a custom instance in the input field.
