Logitech Smooth Scrolling works! Its a good Add-on

This extension breaks the functionality of many sites like Google Maps, and also those with fullpage scrolling effects.

It works amazingly well for me :) Using Windows 10 and a Logitech mouse.

I installed this to help with a recent problem that Firefox has with Google Maps where one click of the mouse wheel changes the zoom factor by upwards of 10 levels. Didn't work for me. It hasn't caused any problems with any other application, but I don't notice any improvement, either.
