This extension pauses any downloads that are initiated outside of the user's preferred download time window and resumes them inside the time window. Any downloads initiated inside the time window are allowed to progress normally.

You can amend the time window via the Download Scheduler's settings button on the toolbar. This allows specification of the start and end hour of the required download window.

This will ensure that any downloads do not use up your ISP's data limitations and allows you to download files at a time when your ISP offers free data usage, often during the small hours of the morning.

I developed this extension as my ISP gives me free bandwidth between midnight and 5 am, so I wanted to be able to queue up my downloads, but only to allow them to start at that time to save on my data usage during the day.
