Many Tabs Manager is an advanced Firefox sidebar extension designed to help you regain control over your browser tabs. It provides a powerful, all-in-one interface to filter, sort, and organize your tabs across multiple windows.

Key Features
  • Filter Tabs by Text: Quickly find any tab using a regular expression search on the title or URL.

How to Use
  1. Install the Extension: The extension is designed to be used in the Firefox sidebar.
  2. Open the Sidebar: Click the Many Tabs Manager icon in your browser's toolbar to open the sidebar.
  3. Browse and Filter:
    • The sidebar will list all your open tabs.
    • Use the Filter tabs (regex, title or URL) input field to filter the list by text.
    • Use the Filter by Age input and dropdown to show tabs that are Older than or Newer than a specified number of days.
    • Check the Current Window Only checkbox to see only the tabs from your active window.
  4. Sort and Group:
    • Use the Sort By dropdown to change the order of the tabs.
    • Use the Group By dropdown to group tabs by their windows. Click on a window title to collapse or expand the group.
  5. Manage Tabs:
    • Click the checkbox next to each tab to select it. Use Select All to choose all visible tabs.
    • Click Close Selected to close the chosen tabs.
    • Click Move Selected to New Window to move the selected tabs to a new browser window.
  6. Switch Tabs:
    • Right-click on any tab in the list to open a context menu.
    • Click Switch to Tab to activate that tab and bring its window to the front.
