Markdown file reader is a small extension that allows markdown files to be displayed in the browser as formatted HTML documents.
The appearance of the markdown documents can be changed by using different themes, including custom themes (CSS files).
Markdown file reader recognises markdown files with the .md or .markdown file extensions, and it works with both local files and with files on the web. Please note that some websites may prevent the extension from accessing their markdown documents.
