This is very nice but you'll need to also make a custom userchrome.css to control the text color in the Status Bar. It won't be readable by default and Themes are unable to control this - it has to be done manually by the user.

The perfect theme. The pinnacle of theme creation. Truly a glorious and overwhelming theme. There is no word in the English dictionary that I can use to describe this theme.
