Almost perfect, but can I make a suggestion: I only want it to limit the number of tabs in EACH window. To help keep organized, I sometimes open a second window to focus on one type of task. I want this window to have the same limit as the first window, not a shared limit.

Nice little addon. Works as expected. Helps reduce tab overuse, hence saving system resources and it's hardware components from overheating.
