I really WANT to like this extension. And sometimes I do. The real problem is I've repeatedly had issues with the extension connecting to the server to save and/or refresh my ToDo list and Main Focus. Without those, it's basically a pretty picture without functionality as there's nothing loaded to see. At the least, perhaps the extension should cache that stuff locally until next time it can connect and sync with the online server since they have such trouble with connectivity. (Yes, even when all other sites are available.) Hope they fix this lack of reliability and make it a 4- or 5-star extension. Additionally, it would be really nice if they'd allow more than one tab for Home Page - when enabled, this extension takes over all Home Page functionality. I like to also open my Google Calendar tab by default but cannot with this extension enabled.

Additionally, offline support is a feature that we have in mind and would like to add in the future.

While it currently isn't possible to have additional tabs open alongside Momentum, adding your most used/favorite sites to the Links widget, and then setting your Links widget to "Stay Open" in the Links settings will allow you to quickly access important websites directly from your New Tab page.

Without a good customisable speed-dial functionality this doesn't suit my needs. Having links tucked away behind another button in the corner is a barrier to good workflow, and I don't need another bookmarks bar.

This addon might be give you a migraine since 99% of the features are locked in a premium feature and the focus is on providing personal details like name and email address and if you are not smart enough then you cannot use this. Can you imagine, dev has provided no option to change search engine. Cannot edit or change or move around the positions of most parts of what shows on the new tab. Way worse than default settings of firefox (actually using Zen browser, has tons of customizations than default firefox and faster with vertical tabs). Instead use default or bonjour new tab. Crap. Reported.

While Momentum Plus offers additional features for users seeking advanced customization, the free version still provides tools like a daily focus, to-dos, and inspiring backgrounds that help with people's productivity.

i like this extension but PLEASE fix the bug where in the settings in photo settings, you cant toggle off the daily photo. i dont want thw daily photo and the switch is stuck on.

You can use Momentum without entering your email/name or creating an account.

While we highly encourage creating an account, we allow immediate access for users without any signup.

After installing Momentum, just click on the 'Stay logged out' button that appears on the "What's your email?" page.

Few things to keep in mind about having a Momentum account:
- Your account syncs your Momentum data so you can log in from other computers to see all of your Momentum data (Focus, Todos, Links, etc.).

- Your account automatically backs up your Momentum data so you won't lose any data if your computer runs into any problems.

- Your account will sync between multiple browsers and devices (e.g. your work/home computers and Google Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge).
