This is a great extension. It is easy to configure, and does exactly what it says it can do.

Add menu item withouth checkbox to off this - is not good style. 3 now only. NN FF follower 4 add every day new interface items in the work process.

Works perfectly and provides all the control over new tab placement and contents that I've been needing. Honestly, this functionality should just be an integral part of Firefox, but it's great that someone has taken the time and care to add it.
