ダウンロードできないものは右クリックでhls＞httpの切り替えが出てこないので、hls固定になってしまったのかもしれないです。
この対策は難しいでしょうか？

3/5から一部動画で配信方式を変更したアナウンスがありました。

これを実装するのは難しいかもしれませんが、対応を期待します。

おそらく2023年の7月ごろからプレイヤーの仕様変更によりhisからhttpsへの変更ができなくなったのに伴いロケーションバー内のアイコンを押しても動画のダウンロードができなくなっていると思われます。
また最終更新（最終コミット）が投稿時点で6年も前なうえ、2023年11月ごろからさらなるプレイヤーの仕様変更がされることから更新の見込みがないと考え星は1つとしました。
