I had the old extension (now called "desktop app ver.") and it worked just fine until I tried this one. Autofill is not working now on either the old or the new version.
Update: I read other reviews and discovered the incompatibility with DarkReader, so I solved the problem, but one question remains. What is the difference between this and the old app? Why should I download a new extension?
Response to developers: First and foremost, thank you for your prompt response. Secondly, I am not a programmer and had to research to understand what Manifest V3 is, so please forgive my ignorance. I will improve the rating because I appreciate the development efforts.

Hi Alex, thank you for the feedback. The difference of the apps is huge in terms of the technology. The new add-on is a stand-alone app which you can use without the desktop app which was not the case previously. Also the new one is built in compliance with the new Manifest v3 requirements which makes add-ons safer, more efficient, and better for your privacy. Unfortunately for developers it means that the add-on must be rebuilt almost from scratch and that's what we did recently. We are sorry for the inconvenience while we tirelessly try to improve the app every day. We believe that the new app if not today then very soon will bring way better experience than the old one.

    Works well. Saves my passwords and my passwords are easily retrievable. No issues.

    I am using NordPass for over 5 years now (...thinking about it, it is closer to a decade by now...). It has never let me down, never failed and has constantly evolved. You coders at NordVPN have developed a great piece of software - all thumbs up! I use it under Linux and it flawlessly integrates with KDE Plasma under both X11 and Wayland. The same is true for Android. You have been and will be my life saver in terms of storing confidential information. Don't you dare to ever go out of business or let you bully into deviation from your privacy principles ;-) :-)

    Good tool, I like it.
    They should only make the little logo in every username and pw box hovering over, or some solution because sometimes if the box is too small, the NordPass logo blocks the username so you can not read it...

    I have been using Nord Pass for over a decade and love it. Seamless usage with my iPhone App, too. Just a thumb print... It's a lifesaver, or atleast a mood enhancer!
