It's the schedule. for me, it's useful to have this addon (as well as mobile app), enabled during working hours, as well as before sleep. But between that, I often find myself having to disable it temporarily.

- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur what do you want, pred 3 mesiacmii like the idea and it works decently, but it's a bit janky. sometimes it makes you wait twice, or it randomly pops up even if you didn't leave the tab. it's also annoying that it shows up even if you leave just for one second. last, the breathing screen needs overflow:hidden in the css so it stops showing scrollbars that it shouldn't.

This prevents the intervention from showing up again when briefly leaving a tab for a different site. It got far better with the new intermissions they've added recently. It helps me control the use of those websites that hook me up for hours quite well like youtube, works like a charm.
