OnTheWay is dedicated to finding the fastest route to pick up your friends, no matter where they are. Using Google Places autocomplete, OnTheWay will find the closest address and calculate your route to pick up any friend in need on the way, and if no trip is planned, will create a route for you. This extension makes it easy to add stops to your Google Maps trips by right-clicking on any address on a webpage. You can also save frequently visited addresses for quick access and management.

1. Add Stop to Trip:

Right-click on any address or address snippet on a webpage.
Select "Add to OnTheWay Trip" from the context menu.
The address will be added as a stop to your currently open Google Maps trip.
A notification will appear to confirm that the address has been successfully added.

2. Save Address from Popup:

Enter the address into the input field on the extension's popup and click the "Save Address" button.
The address will be saved to your list of addresses.
The saved address will immediately appear in the list of saved addresses on the extension's popup.
A notification will appear to confirm that the address has been successfully saved.

3. Set Reminder for Each Address:

For each address in the list, there are input fields to enter the date and time for the reminder.
Enter the date and time in the respective fields and click the "Set Reminder" button to set a reminder for that address.
A notification will appear to confirm that the reminder has been successfully set.

4. Manage Saved Addresses:

You can manage your saved addresses directly from the extension's popup.
Click the "Remove" button next to each address to remove it from the saved list.
A notification will appear to confirm that the address has been successfully removed.

5. Receive Notifications:

After setting a reminder, you will receive a notification on your computer at the specified date and time to remind you of the address.
