Usefull but I'd like to have an option to "Open in Private Mode" in the tab-contex-menu too, to open also non-active tabs

The toolbar works but the context-menu does not work. Firefox Version 118.0.2.

Used to work, but doesn't seem to work anymore in versions of Firefox in 2023.

It works (after enabling in private mode) and is super convenient. Would be great if it also worked from the new tab home, to simply open an empty private window

It won't work unless you tell Firefox to allow it to run in Private Windows. Otherwise it can't open pages in Private Windows.
You need to allow it to run in Private Windows from the options of this extension.

used to work until it did not. I had to allow it to work in private mode it works again.. IMPORTANT: allow this addon to work in private mode

Excellent plugin on desktop, could have gotten 5 stars if it would work on Android.
Also it doesn't work when already in a private window, as stated in another review, so you should disable it there.

I installed this extension because it was one of only two such extensions that actually had a keyboard shortcut––a minimum requirement IMO. It doesn't work worth a damn. It opens a new home page in a private window, not the current tab.
