On youtube, it doesn't work on video links, but works on non-youtube links in video descriptions.
Some hours later, it started working on duckduckgo, but I can't say what happened for the behavior to change
I'm also changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. It's a shame it can't work 100% on youtube, but similar extensions in various browsers seem to have the same limitation with youtube and/or Single Page Apps in general.

Initially, it did not work and I suspect a lot of people would have had the same experience so I read the reviews and found instructions on how to make it work. I bit painful as it should have been an automatic setting. I understand now why it is a "preference" as one has to to manually press the "open all links with tabs" button for it to work. I am now happy after 15 minutes of investigation, but who's got the time these days.

After looking for a solution and finally trying a few this one is the best that I have found. Ok, there is a little tricky thing with the settings. It works really close to what I am looking for better than anything else I found. It seemed to do what i wanted basically when I am on a web page and I click on a link I want it to open into a new tab. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a setting that prevents me from jumping to that tab immediately, as I often like to open multiple possible tabs and then click thru each one to see if it was in alignment with what I was researching. Anyway, I noticed that when I installed it, the addon worked like i wanted to or close enough but when i went into the settings it and tried any of the 3 radio buttons it stopped opening links into a new tab. HERE IS THE SOLUTION JUST UNINSTALL IT AND THEN REINSTALL IT AND IT WILL RESET THE DEFAULT. *** For the developer great job. 1 request: it would be nice to have the option to open the links in a new tab but not for you to go to that tab immediately.

Works good. Only qualm at the moment is that it doesn't say something like "Highlight the links that you want to open in tabs", which can lead to users saying that it doesn't work when there's actually a step missing.

It works in other pages except Google search that I use most. So it won't work for me

When I go into Firefox, Add-ons, Add-ons Manager and select Open Link with New Tab, Settings, I see a landscape view of very tiny letters. I turn phone sideways and enlarge to read and select an option.

I press a link, select open link in new tab, and I see the Firefox message "New tab opened" on the left side and "Switch" on the right. I've tried all 3 options in this Firefox Android app and none of them work.

Am I missing something?
