open-with-binder now supports opening repositories directly from https://gitlab.com and https://gist.github.com/

This new version of "Open With Binder" will now automatically understand which branch/hash/tag you are browsing on GitHub and will build corresponding version on MyBinder.org.

If you are looking at a specific file in GitHub the extension will attempt to open this file directly once MyBinder.org launches.

Internally the extension now uses the shim provided by Mozilla to make it compatible with Chrome.

When visiting a GitHub repository, to open it with MyBinder.org, simply click the "Open with Binder" button in the toolbar.
This release doe not yet automatically detect branch, commit, or current file it will open master on the Jupyter notebook dashboard. It is not possible yet to also point this extension to a custom deployment.
