Requires an additional downloaded app from their own site. One star because they hide that fact until after you install the add-on. That should obviously be disclosed in the addon's description. Also, no separate app is needed because Windows already has a protocol handler for Edge. The addon only needs to add one setting in about:config and put "Microsoft-Edge:" in front of the current URL.

Requires an external executable? 1/5 since I found another extension which does not requires that.

It doesn't even do what it's titled. Wasting space. Disabling for now. I'll check back to see if it's fixed in a couple of weeks.

This Add-On was created after Add-On "Open in MS Edge™ Browser", and this Add-On does NOT offer anything new which is not in the original Add-On.
Moreover, this Add-On seems abandon, and has no new updates since it was originally release.

I do not recommend this Add-On, and instead I recommend the original Add-On "Open in MS Edge™ Browser".

November 2019: Clicking "Open with Microsoft Edge" icon in Firefox v71 on this very page opens another tab in Firefox with address starting with `openwithme://?exe=%LOCALAPPDATA%\Edge\Application\edge.exe` which leads to an error: "The address wasn’t understood". So something is broken.

Does not work. Needs an update after Firefox upgraded to v57.

This was a great app. However since the upgrade to Firefox Quantum 57.0 64 bit and regardless of what page I am on I get the following error message when using the "Open with Microsoft Edge" button. - "Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (openwithme) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context."

new update randomly opens tab by itself saying "Open With Microsoft Edge sends web pages from Chrome to Edge browser".

I disable the add-on for this reason.

The latest update has stopped it working and every time I open Firefox I get a page telling me that I now need to download another program in order for it to work with Google Chrome!
Uninstalled and installed version 49.0 from the history list and it works fine with Firefox 56.0 for now.
5 stars because I like it and it's just this update that has bug****d it up.

Worked really well until this morning, when an update broke it. Sign of a problem: The extension update and now the extension itself in the manager reads: "Open With Microsoft Edge sends web pages from Chrome to Edge browser"
