Really simple - it didn't work. Adding the extension did not show the option in the context menu as per the screenshot (FF 58.02 / Windows). It's rare to have an extension work these days.

Please check the debugger, it has several errors when restarting FIREFOX.

It only works when it is reinstalled.

DEBUG MESSAGE:
