What is Covered.

This Privacy Notice only covers the services provided by us that we control. This Privacy Notice does not cover any collection and further processing of Personal Data by:

Any party when you click on any link provided as a result of a search made with the Service (e.g., when you access a URL provided in the search results).

Any third party who may access Personal Data that you make available when using the Service (e.g., your internet service provider, third party search feed providers, the provider of your web browser or the provider of any browser extension you may be using to access the Service).

What Data Do We Collect, How We Use It and Why We Do This.

When you make a search no Personal Data will be transferred to our Search Provider or any Search Partner unless you identify yourself or anyone else in the Search Query.

When you input characters into the search field, the characters you input will be used for the Search Assist functionality. When you confirm a Search Query, your IP Address, the Search Query and User Agent will be securely transferred from your browser to our servers.

We need to process your IP Address, User Agent and Search Query together to fulfill your search. The provision of this limited data is necessary to provide the Service to you, and if it is not provided, we will not be able to perform the search. When we fulfill a search request we will transfer your IP Address, Search Query, and User Agent to our Search Provider to process.

For security and quality control purposes we may keep this information for up to 48 hours before it is permanently deleted. This stored information is only inspected if we identify malicious traffic designed to influence search results, attack or penetrate our infrastructure, or any other activity which degrades the quality of service to our users.

Please refer to our Search Provider's privacy policy for information on how they store and manage the user information transmitted to them in order to fulfill the search request.

Security & Encryption.

All data transferred from your browser to our servers is secure and encrypted. Additionally we follow industry practices and make best effort attempts to secure our infrastructure from unsolicited access and incursions.

Cookies & Tracking.

In order to facilitate services we may utilize first party cookies. These cookies do not hold any identifiable information and are only used to store your preferences. These cookies are only visible to us and cannot be accessed by third parties. No third party or tracking cookies are issued from our servers.
