sɣur jmho, vuosi sittenAs already reported by many other users, logging into pCloud Save with my pCloud e-mail address does not work for me either.
The pCloud Save login works for me when I use the third-party sign-in via Google (with the Google account email address).
Due to Firefox's updated security policy, if you're using Google, Facebook or AppleID to log into pCloud Save, you need to follow these steps:
1. Open the Firefox Settings and go to "Privacy & Security"
2. Scroll down to the section "Permissions" and uncheck "Block pop-up windows"
3. Click on pCloud Save (it will open as a new tab) and log into your account
4. Go back to "Permissions" and check "Block pop-up windows"
Alternatively, you can add pCloud Save to the list of exceptions:
1. Follow the first 3 steps above
2. Click on pCloud Save (it will open as a new tab) and copy the URL
3. Go back to the section "Permissions" and check "Block pop-up windows"
4. Click "Exceptions" and enter the URL
5. Click "Allow" and afterwards "Save changes"
I have also opened a ticket with pCloud technical support on 08/30/2024 01:53:39 PM. Below is their response:
