Could be better if they released the fix to stop using InstallTrigger to detect Firefox, it's annoying to see that warning in devtools console all the time.

It's been annoying me since switching to Firefox that there's no download progress indication by default, without separately opening the download manager. I've tried other plugins that add a Chrome-like downloads bar to the bottom of the window but they're just not very good.

Then I just happened to stumble onto this Plasma integration plugin and voila, downloads now pop up a proper download status in Plasma itself! Fantastic!

Nice idea but half baked. Doesn't show download speed, total file size, time remaining etc. All information easily available from within Firefox. Would be a nice addition to KDE but I will never understand when developers make decisions like this to do something nice but then completely half arse it.

Nice set of conveniences.

This extension heavely uses IPC calls, causing increased CPU usage (see bug #1701388, #1700200)
