Excellent. There is no option to choose the quality of the downloaded video (sd/hd/etc)

This plugin is absolutely BRILLIANT!!! After adding the plug-in and restarting FireFox on my 2013 MacPro, running Firefox 135.0.1 (64-bit), it worked flawlessly. I can't express how much I appreciated the genius that went into creating this plug-in. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Previously worked great. "Update" breaks it for firefox. Also you can't actually update anymore on firefox for some reason.

hey boys — accidentally found out that Download Manager (S3) by Oleksandr fixes the recent issue

works like a charm now, with the convenient button from this extension, and a download history from that one

(will edit my review once DefinitelyHooman fixes the thing)

I gave this 1 star initially because I couldn't figure out how it worked. Turns out that theres instructions which I found on the downloaders website:

"The RedGifs Downloader extension adds a convenient download button to RedGifs pages, allowing you to easily save videos and images directly to your device. It also shows your download count and total download size."

So yeah, it adds a button to the actual redgifs website on the right by the other buttons like fullscreen, mute, like, etc.

Changed rating to 4 stars. It would get 5 stars if the author actually put that instruction in the description of this extension.

not working

It doesn't seem to work. Only things that appear are a stat counter (I really didn't understand for what; it's useless if there's a max limit of downloaded data), links for homepage, report error, and a Buy Me a Coffee button. It's asking for update, but never updates. May review and change rating if it works one day.

Trying to use it, it says there's an update available and has a link to buy you a coffee, but clicking the update link takes me to the original install page, which only has a Remove option. I'll buy you a coffee if it works.
