Install the add-on and click the button to refresh the PAC definition.

The performed action is similar to the button in Options > Network Proxy > Settings... > Reload.
Iwenniten n uneflay
This extension set the PAC url to http://example.com/ and then roll back, because this is, right now, the only condition to trigger the update.
