- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur skierpage, 3 moannen lynI'm so used to context menu > "Open Link in Private Window" and dragging tabs between normal and private windows that I forgot I installed this years ago. It wasn't working (probably because I didn't follow the instructions to 'click on "Allow" next to "Run in Private Windows"'), but when I reinstalled it works well. I open most links in a private window, so its inverse operation "Reopen the current tab into a normal window" is very useful when I want to go from reading a web page to interacting with the site.
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur ItsJohnPoopus, 4 moannen lynNo longer working for me following latest extension (4.2.3) and FF update (137.0.1). Click the button, does nothing.

yeffeɣ-d deg 4 moannen lynThanks for noting! A new update (v4.2.4) is now available which resolves the issue. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 17450505, 2 jierren lynAs of version 2.2.7, this works perfectly in Windows. Note that it requires you to allow it to run in private windows. When I first tried it, I didn't have that enabled. So instead of opening a private window, it opened its Settings page to let me set the permission.
- Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur Rot'nix, 2 jierren lynAs others said: it don't work in android, and no: enabling "run in private mode" doesn't help.

yeffeɣ-d deg ien jier lynSupport for Android is not yet possible due to a missing API on Firefox for Android. Once this gets implemented the extension will add support for Android. Support for Android has been corrected and is now marked as "not supported for Android". Apologies for the inconvenience. - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur meowkitty, 2 jierren lynI'm on Android. As others have stated, it just closes the tab without reopening it as a private tab. It would be an awesome add-on if it worked
Edit: I changed my rating because of the replyTiririt n ineflayen

Ok, thanks for reply. I put 4 star just to not cause a low rating.Tiririt n ineflayen

- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Xavier Novella Sinde, 4 jierren lynThe idea is nice and would do just what I wanted, but it does not work. Issues found:
- If a private window is open, it does not seem to work. Even after closing the private window that was open, it does not work.
- The original tab is closed, but the new private one is not opened, so it forces you to recover the closed tab.
