Nothing happens when I click on the extension in Firefox. I have to open the Retail Me Not website and search for the site I'm shopping on.

For some reason Retailmenot's discount codes are not coming up when I'm checking out of different websites and I don't understand why not. I don't see a way of contacting RMN and I am very disappointed. HELP!!

RMN REQUIRES your permission to install a Google/Facebook-type data-mining app. If you don't agree, it uninstalls.

You will never receive a reward through this extension. I have carried through with multiple offers through this site, completed the purchases required by the activated offers, and zilch. Nothing. So frustrating.

It can't offer useful and workable promo code

I would like to be able to disable the auto pop-ups that come up and cover a page when RMN has a deal. Instead, I would like to just continue seeing the red "badge" notification on top of the RMN toolbar icon with the percentage. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I can do this.
