Adds a context menu option to save Twitter images as PNG.

It works by modifying the twitter image link to change the format of the image (usually jpg) to png like so:

From:

NOTE: The version is set as 1.31 but the source code is the same as version 1.3. The reason it's 1.31 is because i forgot to compile the dist/ code with webpack.
