Adds an icon to the toolbar that allows you to create smart bookmarks folders.

A smart bookmark folder is a dynamic bookmark folder that displays links from your history/bookmarks based on some criteria.
The following bookmark folders are included in Firefox by default:
- Most Visited
- Recent tags
