Not able to Reset After Sort

This one actually works! Just be sure to click on its toolbar button and enable "always keep sorted". For whatever reason the most important option isn't shown in the add-on's options dialog.

I tested a few other bookmark-sort add-ins, but this one ticks all the boxes. You can sort bookmark maps and bookmarks separately, even exclude some maps/bookmarks. Perfect.

Great sorting by letters. However, I want it to have sorting by Chinese pinyin. It'd be great to have that.

This is the only good way to sort folders containing individual bookmarks in Firefox!

I have 21 megabytes of bookmarks (.json file). This sorts them all in 10 seconds. Amazing (like the old SortPlaces addon). One suggestion: Put the options to sort or auto-sort in the usual locations: A simple sort command in the bookmarks menu. And the autosort option here: Tools menu, Addons, Extensions, Sort Bookmarks, Options. I think some of the bad reviews are from people not seeing the options to sort or auto-sort. So they install the addon, and nothing happens. It is good that the options are found when clicking the addon icon. But many addons also have the options and commands in the traditional locations too. And people often remove addon icons (on purpose or accidentally) with the "customize" window to save space at the top. I wish that Mozilla would give addon star rating averages from only the last year or two of reviews. Because addons can be greatly improved over time. I had a 1-star review for this addon years ago, and only deleted it today when I checked out the addon again.

this bookmark sorter does not work. I am constantly having to sort my bookmarks.
